In September 2009 Pro Arté Centre moved into their brand new and enlarged facilities at 1225 East Keith Road conveniently located across the street from the North Shore Winter Club.  The new location has now enhanced the “one-stop” professional community-based performing arts centre that is the Pro Arté Centre. 


•6 large dance studios with brand new “physiotherapist and kinesiologist advised” sprung flooring system accommodating ballet, modern, jazz, acrobatics, contemporary, lyrical and hip hop dance forms as well as tap, flamenco and musical theatre disciplines;

•3 academic resource and classrooms offering a fully-intensive BC accredited academic program in a half-day format for Grades 5 and up;

•4 music rooms for daytime and after school training in piano, vocal and instrument studies including flute, guitar, and others;

•A recording studio that allows for the training and development of young local talent - both as artists and as technicians;

•A “dry land” cross – training & personal fitness studio for high performance athletes;

•A rehab studio for training, injury prevention and recovery;

•A theatrical costume wardrobe and stage props inventory and storage;

•Student study rooms and change rooms.


The “Centre” is located close to all amenities (Park & Tilford Shopping Mall is just one block away) and within easy access to major bus routes (Phibbs Exchange, Mountain Highway and Lonsdale routes). Located in close proximity to the north end of the Second Narrows Bridge, it is easily accessible from locations across the North Shore as well as from Vancouver and Burnaby via the Trans Canada Highway (HWY # 1) or the foot of Lonsdale's Seabus.

The premises boast a convenient pick up and drop off area as well as ample parking. There are generous changing room and washroom facilities to cater to those students coming straight from school or other activities.
